More Council Hunks In Trunks

Ding-a-ling! Flicking through flickr earlier I came across a rather revealing shot of our very own flying doctor! It's not so much Dr Moores as Dr Phwoars! That's one Thanet councillor who's presumably in favour of letting it all hang out on Bottomy Bay!

Click here to reveal all! Well, almost all.

Update: Dr Phwoars! has now removed the offending item from public view, although personally I thought it was quite flattering. In the absence of the real deal, you're going to have to make do with the uncannily accurate artist's impression below.

Well it was 4 years ago ....but still ...Why havent men yet realised that trunks are just soooo soo 70's?

Oh I thought we still had to wear trunks under the more modern shorts to prevent peepage below the hemline ? Doesn't everyone have that problem then ?

I have a mate who has been wearing the same the same speedos for 30 years but the elastic has now perished and occasionally the meat and veg fall out of the carrier bag if you know what I mean.

Apologies, I didn't wish to embarrass the public or indeed cause an outburst of 'Speedo envy'.

ECR must have been working rather hard through my albums to discover the one snap that appeared to have a 'public' rather than a private tag.

So to avoid further offense or indeed risk becoming a local government pin-up boy, I have switched the tag to what it should be. I will however be making autographed copies available in return for charity contributions should any of your readers be desparate for a 'flash'

Curses! Foiled again! Why if it hadn't been for you pesky councillors I would have gotten away with it!

If you don't want people seeing the tip of your cock, Dick Card, you'll need to wear your pants on your head!

I think, Richard, it's simply the weight of your impressively large belly pressing down on the parts that sit below. Longer trunks or perhaps a bit of work on the waistline?

Thanks Lucy - there's tea all over my screen now.
