I see from the new tickerometer on my sidebar that 666 days have now passed since 'temporary' fencing was erected along our crumbling East Cliff.
Anyone of a nervous disposition would be well advised to keep away from the edge for the next 24 hours, in my humble opinion.

That is absolutely rubbish. I'm still waiting for the leisure centre to be built on the Pleasurama site (due to be completed 2001). Oh and Wembley.
The thing is that I've been accustomed to disappointment and all these delays come as no suprise.
Don't forget the Turnip Centre which is opening in 2007, according to this BBC story from 2004.
