Flog It!

I've received a few emails regarding the council's asset-flogging meeting later today. I could moan on about selling the family silver (Albion House), or the bollocks they've made of negotiating with the leaseholder of the dilapidated Coach House in Northdown Park, a former TDC councillor.

But I won't. I'll just give you the link to the council's latest assets update, and let you make your own minds up!

Can I say how distressed I am that the flag no longer flies over Albion house. It must be put back up!

It is being laundered. Someone blew some spliff smoke on it and as a result it became flag stoned.

Leaseholder - senior south thanet conservative committee member, in charge of leaflet distribution for Laura Sandys!Seen in action in Dane Valley - didnt do him any good! he! he!
Nominator of Sullivan, Ezekiel and Wise in 2007 district council elections, failed tory candidate himself in 2007. Trying to argue TDC should pay him money for the value of a lease of their property, which he hasnt maintained! what sort of message does that send out about South thanet conservatives? Where is the public spirit in that?

Is he the same Conservative responsible for her billboards going up in N. Thanet fields, thebillboards she claimed she didn't know needed planning permission?

The same Conservative who's had a 35 year lease for £300 per annum on the Coach House and done nothing with it except allow it to deteriorate?

Just the type of political person we need in Thanet.

asset management you must be joking, tdc couldn't organize a p*ss up in a brewery. To think people are getting paid from producing this piffle. No doubt a redundant estate agent on a grossly inflated salary

Tuesday 26th Jan, Yet again TDC was stopped in their sticky track and had their knuckles smacked as The Coach House was again removed from their Disposable Assets Sale List. A year ago our good leader had personally removed this from the list, but I do believe he thinks we all have a bad memory.

More evidence of collusion between TDC & the Leaseholder of the Coach House(senior South Thanet Conservative Office holder) following Asset Management Working Party meeting. The Leaseholder ran straight into the arms of our Leader who was waiting outside one of the offices and proceeded to embrace. Sick! That's you rub my back and I will rub yours. Thanet Conservatives in Action.
when are they going to take action against him and enforce all the conditions of the Lease he has breached?

Wouldn't be surprised anonymous 7.53am. He hasn't been allowed back onto the Tory Party with Roger Gale, he certainly wants nothing to do with him. But I do Believe our Breautiful Laura would allow him into her fold as she is really desparate for suppoters and not really fussy who she takes on. But really! this is scraping the barrel. Made himself an absolute nuisance going from shop to shop in Cliftonville, he will never learn, people just don't like you man, accept it.
This man respects nothing or anyone, only out for himself, be warned!

Well said 5.06 that man is out for himself only and no-one else, all the lies about corruption in the former Tory party when he was there and how he put a stop to it - a twisted truth again - Thanet gazette had to carry an apology because coach house lease holder had libelled Major Thomas and 8th March 1991 case was settled out of court (reported 8th March 1991 again in Gazette) copies available ECR should you need them!

At Least Cllr Johnston pointed out to the Assets sale meeting, this can not go on, The Coach House was removed by our Leader Sandy Ezekiel last year when evidence was submitted, a convenance on Northdown House and all it's Environs staing they could not be sold. The Coach House was removed from the disposable assets list 2009 and has yet again been removed 2010, watch this space in 2011. What a waste of time and public money, why don't they check first before they try to sell properties they don't own. Is the public aware TDC has now employed their very own QC, all at the expence again of us tax payers. Iris Johnston pointed out yet again the unnecessary expences of TDC having new windows and new carpeting, when we are supposed to be in a recession.
Iris Johnston is like a breathe of fresh air, works only for the people, what you see is what you get, lets have more of her breed, think about this next election, get rid of this lot we have now, all they do is destroy, what good have they acheived in Thanet over the past 5 years? I'll leave that for you to ponder upon.
