Perusing the interwhatsit just now, I popped the words 'Thanet District Council' into Google and this came back as top of the pops. When I clicked on it, however, I got one of those 'server not found' messages, and upon closer inspection it transpires that the Uranians have invented their own version of the World Wide Web - the W World Wide Web. Well, they are from another planet, I suppose.What the extra W stands for, lord knows. Would anyone like to hazard a guess?
