I've spoken to my backers and we'll go to £320,000 for Albion House. Still waiting to find out who we approach with our offer. Is there going to be an auction? Perhaps ECR could host an online auction on his blog.

How could anyone have done this before? TDC don't sell things on the open market. How then can they claim to be getting the best possible price? Potential for corruption? Loads, methinks.

I'm sure TDC could make up a team, they've got plenty of tossers.
