One of my readers has sent in this pic demonstrating a novel approach to the recently introduced smoking ban by the chaps who run the Harbour Cafe in Broadstairs.In case you can't read the sign in the window, it says: Anybody who is caught sitting in this chair who is not smoking will be fined £80.
That should keep the puffers happy!
