May I, respectfully, suggest a heavy dose of single malt.
Sod the cod liver oil capsules; single malt is the answer! Bucket loads of it!
Oh God, I just agreed with Ken Gregory about something! Sod the single malt, a single 9mm to the temple should suffice...
Dickie, old chap, awfully sorry to hear of your incapacity. Ken's single malt is not enough! Add to it a tablespoonful of honey and a pressed lemon with a thumb of boiling water from the kettle with a dash of cinnamon and repeat as required. It may not cure the 'man-flu' but it certainly aids rest and recuperation.

Lemon and Honey are great with a bog standard blended scotch, but are a real no no with a good single malt
